Unlock your potential

Welcome

I love helping college students & adults expand their executive functioning skillset so they can reach their fullest potential. My passion for this work arises out of my own journey with executive functioning: Maturing from someone who once turned in a paper 6 months late(!) to someone who routinely engages in self-motivated tasks with joy and ease. Because of my own experiences, I know how hopeless and frustrated you may feel engaging with the daily tasks of being a human, either in or out of school. Luckily, there are highly effective methods we can use to support your growth. Combined with my creativity, compassion, and skillfulness, we can help you build the life you want to live.

My coaching work is informed by my psychotherapy practice (LPCC), Masters in Buddhist and Contemplative Psychology (MA), 4 years as a pharmaceutical chemist, my own neurodivergence, and teaching certifications in authentic relating, meditation, social meditation, and yoga. You can learn more about me here and more about my approach here.

If you have any questions, or would like to take the next step on working together, you can check out the FAQ or reach out for a complimentary 20-25 minute Discovery Call to determine if coaching with me is right for you.

Do you recognize yourself here?

I have difficulty with...

Organization

My life feels overwhelming. Keeping track of the important things feels impossible and/or exhausting. I feel like I'm constantly missing something I need to be doing.

Planning/Prioritization

Even if I have a handle on what I need to do, knowing what steps I need to take to make my way through a task (building a roadmap) is really hard for me, not to mention figuring out what steps to focus on first!

Task-Initiation

I know what I need to do, but why can't I start? I find myself procrastinating way beyond when I know I need to begin a task. I feel stuck, paralyzed, or hopeless.

Goal-Directed Persistence

I've been able to begin the task, now I need to see it through to completion! Even if I really want to do it (or of course, even if I don't) getting to the end feels nearly impossible and difficult to envision.

These are a few of the more common executive functioning skills, ones that you might recognize off the bat. However, there are 8 more skills that you may not even know are contributing to your difficulties showing up in the way you want to! Simply knowing these skills exist has been helpful to so many of my clients.
